Archer Daniels Midland, already one of the largest flour millers in the USA and Mexico, established its UK operation in 1999. ADM has wheat flour mills strategically located around the UK and a Technical Centre in Avonmouth near Bristol. From these mills national sales coverage supplies all the bakery and food manufacturing sectors, from the multi-national manufacturers to in-store bakeries, caterers and craft bakers.
Primary products are a range of , , and , available either in bulk or bagged. In addition, ADM Milling also offers an extensive range of , , bran, germ and bakers sundries.
The Technical Centre offers a full customer support service. Alongside mill-based specialists, technical experts are available to work with customers on new product development, range extension and production processes.
